Terms of Payment Payment for the Goods shall be made at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed between The Company and the customer. Special Wrapping and Packaging The customer shall meet the cost of any special wrapping and or packaging requested by the customer, or any packaging rendered necessary by delivery other than that specified by The Company. Delivery Once an order has been received and payment cleared The Company will endeavour subject to availability of products to deliver within 7 working days, unless the customer is otherwise notified in writing. It is imperative that the contact details provided when placing an order are correct. Returns The Company will strive to offer you a first class shopping experience, however should you for any reason not be happy with your purchase or goods arrive damaged or faulty please contact sales@girlznpink.co.uk within a period of 24 hours. Goods returned outside the stipulated time limit is at the discretion of The Company. It is imperative that your purchase is returned direct to The Company within 7 days from the date of invoice and in their original condition and packaging. Goods must be sent either by registered post or courier. The Company will not be held responsible for goods sent by ordinary mail whether lost and or damaged. A copy of the original invoice to enclosed in the package. The Company will refund the amount paid for the goods. No refund will be given for postage paid for delivery or returns. Due to reasons of health and hygiene The Company will not accept the return of products that are not faulty and have been worn. Earrings for pierced ears cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances, and or products made to your specific requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights. The Company will make arrangements for a replacement to be sent however this will be subject to the availability of the product concerned. In the event of failure to return any goods to The Company as referred to above, we shall have the right to charge any costs of the goods Title Goods remain the property of the company until the customer has paid the agreed price for the goods, including any other amounts owed. Title will pass once payment has been cleared. Force Majeure In the event that The Company is prevented, hindered or delayed in the supply of goods in accordance with these Conditions by an event beyond the reasonable control of the company, it may be the option of the company to suspend the delivery while the Force Majeure Event continues, or if stocks are insufficient to meet its commitments, apportion stock available between its customers, or terminate a contract affected in writing to the customer. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer as a result. Confidentiality and Data Protection The Company will keep confidential any information provided by the customer in relation to the contract, with the exception of general personal information which may used as detailed therein 6.3 and 6.4 above. The Company will be responsible for ensuring that the processing of personal data complies with the Data Protection Act 1998.
